Longi Solar is seeking a BESS Delivery & Service Engineer (Utility Scale) to lead technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support for large-scale energy storage projects. You will coordinate with EPCs, grid operators, and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution from handover through commissioning.

The role requires hands-on experience with BESS, grid integration, and EMS/SCADA systems, plus HSE compliance and cross-functional teamwork across sites.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
• Certifications to work on site.
• Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE.

Mansioni

• Project handover from Sales/Presales after contract signing and review of proposals, system configurations, and service scope.
• Coordinate full lifecycle delivery, commissioning planning and execution with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans and tests for BESS components (BMS, PCS, EMS, MV transformer) and ensure grid compliance.
• Provide O&M services post COD, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, and support annual maintenance planning with OEMs and suppliers.
