Human Technopole in Milan seeks a Senior Accounting Associate to run accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and reconciliations. You will coordinate with Procurement and Finance and support audit readiness, policy compliance and internal controls.

The role requires a 5-year accounting track record, Italian fluency, and strong ERP experience (SAP). Relocation support and flexible work options accompany a permanent contract on our vibrant international

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance with solid exposure to accounts payable processes and reconciliations.
Fluency in Italian, written and spoken; good knowledge of English.

Mansioni

Oversee daily accounts payable activities including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and compliance with internal procedures.
Resolve invoice, payment and cost-allocation issues by collaborating with Procurement, Finance and budget holders.
Maintain and update A/P systems (SAP, SDI, Namirial) and identify opportunities to improve processes and tools.
Prepare documentation and reconciliations for internal and external audits, respond to auditor requests.
Provide guidance on recurring A/P issues and support continuous process improvements across AP.
