Kardex Remstar in Milan is seeking a proactive Finance professional to join our Italian team. You will manage accounts payable, support monthly closings, ensure VAT and tax compliance, and contribute to reporting for the parent company.

The ideal candidate holds an accounting diploma or economics degree, has IFRS and Italian GAAP knowledge, and is fluent in Italian and English. SAP B1 or S/4HANA experience is a plus, with strong Excel skills and attention to accuracy.

Competenze

• Accounting Diploma or degree in Economics.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP.
• Experience with AP processes and month-end closings.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Manage the entire accounts payable cycle from verification to correct accounting and cost-center allocation.
• Monitor supplier due dates and prepare payments.
• Manage accounting, bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support monthly and annual closings with adjustments.
• Support general accounting and financial reporting.
• Manage periodic tax obligations (VAT, Intrastat, withholdings).
• Prepare analyses and reports for management and the parent company.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants and other functions.
• Participate in projects to improve administrative and internal control processes.
