Publicis Sapient in Italy is seeking a Senior Associate – Finance & Billing Specialist to support billing, accounts payable, and month-end closing activities. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize complex financial processes and drive cross-functional improvements.

Competenze

• Qualification as an accountant with professional accreditation.
• Minimum 4 years in billing or accounting.
• Experience in global teams and SAP/S4HANA is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and coordinate client billing aligned with terms and procedures.
• Manage billing extensions, amendments, and changes in systems.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and support collection activities.
• Support month-end close and regulatory compliance in Italy.
• Create and process POs and maintain vendor records as needed.
