Aufgaben

• Ensure administrative management of passive contracts, including registration, control and payment of invoices.
• Manage guarantees issued by third parties per passive contracts.
• Observe deadlines related to accounting periods and invoice book-keeping.
• Remind departments to follow SAP procedures for invoicing and payments.
• Provide support/clarifications to external auditors.
