A leading HR tech company in Italy is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth in the Italian mid-market. You will own the entire sales process, from product demos to closing deals, and work to generate additional pipeline through strategic outreach and events. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in sales, is fluent in both Italian and English, and has a strong consultative sales approach. The role offers a welfare budget and stock options as part of the package.

You have a strong track record as a top performer in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.
You’ve successfully managed full sales cycles with mid-market companies.
You are comfortable running high-quality demos, handling multiple stakeholders, and driving deals forward with a consultative approach.
You are skilled at generating pipeline not only from inbound leads but also through events, networking, and outbound prospecting.
You are hands‑on, proactive, and consistently exceed targets.
You thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment, and you’re adaptable to changing priorities.
You care deeply about what you sell and the value it delivers to customers.
You combine persistence with creativity, always finding ways to get in the door.
Fluent in Italian (C2 or equivalent) and fluent in English (internally, we communicate exclusively in English).
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving Coverflex’s growth in the Italian mid‑market (companies up to 250 employees). You’ll own the sales process from the demo to closing, while also contributing to pipeline generation through strategic outreach and events.
Welfare budget: 2.8k€ – 3.5k€ per year
