Frette, a luxury linen house with roots in Monza and Concorezzo, is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our Salesforce platform.

You will collaborate with commercial teams to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements, administer Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage users and security, and build reports and dashboards to inform decisions.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or Functional Analyst roles.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.
• Excellent command of both Italian and English.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.

• Collaborate with commercial departments and stakeholders to understand processes and objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and solutions.
• Assess processes for simplification, automation, and improvement.
• Bridge between business and external Salesforce consultant throughout design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and platform tools.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Support change management and user adoption.
• Ensure data quality and coordinate with external partners on integrations.
