Job summary

Frette in Concorezzo (MB) seeks a Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator to support the implementation, configuration, management, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with commercial departments, translate requirements for the external consultant, and ensure the solution meets business needs during implementation and beyond, including day‑to‑day administration, user support, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, or similar roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.
• Excellent command of Italian and English.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.
• Experience configuring Salesforce and building Flows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial departments and stakeholders to understand processes and business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and solutions.
• Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and platform tools.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
• Provide user support and contribute to user training and platform adoption.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Coordinate with external consultants during design, testing, and implementation phases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of configurations and best practices.
