Your Role

As a Sales Support Specialist you9ll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You9ll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues and ensure every interaction aligns with the company9s high standards of service and professionalism.

  • Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information and troubleshooting
  • Communicate across multiple channels: phone, email, chat and social media
  • Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
  • Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
  • Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail
Who You Are
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)

Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: 1024 per 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: 225 per 12 months
  • Position Bonus (Braga only): 20 per 12 months
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
  • Transport Allowance: 20 per month
  • Health Insurance: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required); free after 6 months
  • Relocation Support: Provided for eligible candidates relocating within Portugal
