Job summary

Alpinestars is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator – Direct Market to manage the daily activities of the Sales Support team serving direct markets. You will align management strategy with priorities and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while boosting customer satisfaction.

Based in Caerano San Marco (TV) on site, you will drive process improvements, monitor KPIs, and support growth in emerging markets, with strong English skills and ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Proven experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Order Management within an international environment.
• Strong team coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience in workflow analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good understanding of logistics processes and order management operations.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a KPI-driven approach.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the Sales Support team dedicated to direct markets.
• Translate Sales Management strategy into daily activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and achievement of company KPIs.
• Monitor team workload, priorities, and performance to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Analyze and evaluate existing workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced effectiveness.
• Propose and implement new processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Analyze logistics and operational flows within the Sales Support function, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement operational solutions to support business growth and expansion in emerging markets.
• Provide daily support to sales agents and customers, ensuring timely and effective response to requests and issues.
• Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with commercial agreements, and on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Sales Support organization.
