Alpinestars in Asolo, Italy is seeking a leader to develop and execute the commercial strategy across the EMEA distributor network. You will drive sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and maximise opportunities in the Mountain Bike and Off-Road categories.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Product teams to deliver strong brand presence, accurate forecasting, inventory health, and high product availability across markets.

Competenze

Experience with international distributor networks and driving sales growth.
Knowledge of premium performance apparel, protection, footwear and equipment.
Ability to forecast, plan inventory and manage渠道 relationships across multiple markets.

Manage and grow the EMEA distributor network by building relationships and driving sales.
Lead forecasting and inventory planning to ensure high availability.
Drive commercial programs and launches across MTB and Off-Road categories.
