Job summary

Alpinestars in Asolo, Italy is seeking a leader to develop and execute the commercial strategy across the EMEA distributor network. You will drive sales growth, strengthen brand positioning, and maximise opportunities in the Mountain Bike and Off-Road categories.

You will coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Product teams to deliver strong brand presence, accurate forecasting, inventory health, and high product availability across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with international distributor networks and driving sales growth.
• Knowledge of premium performance apparel, protection, footwear and equipment.
• Ability to forecast, plan inventory and manage渠道 relationships across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the EMEA distributor network by building relationships and driving sales.
• Lead forecasting and inventory planning to ensure high availability.
• Drive commercial programs and launches across MTB and Off-Road categories.
