Alpinestars cerca un Sales Support Coordinator Distributor a Venezia per coordinare le attività di supporto alle vendite per distributori, garantendo eccellenza operativa, miglioramento continuo e collaborazione tra vendite, logistica e IT.

Il candidato dovrà monitorare le performance, analizzare flussi, e assicurare efficienza nei processi di ordine ed entrambe le parti resteranno impegnate nel soddisfare i clienti; lavoro in presenza a Caerano San Marco (TV) e retribuzione competitiva in euro.

Competenze

• Competenze analitiche solide con esperienza in miglioramento di processi e analisi di flussi di lavoro.
• Conoscenza dei processi logistici, di gestione ordini e delle attività di business.
• Capacità di monitorare KPI e di sviluppare report e previsioni di business.
• Esperienza pregressa in Sales Support, Sales Operations o servizio clienti.
• Ottime capacità organizzative, comunicative e di coordinamento del team.

Mansioni

• Monitorare la performance del turnover e analizzare ritardi nell'portfolio ordini, identificando cause principali e proponendo azioni correttive.
• Preparare e mantenere proiezioni mensili di turnover e previsioni di performance per supportare la pianificazione aziendale.
• Collaborare con Logistica e IT per guidare eccellenza operativa e iniziative di miglioramento continuo.
• Analizzare i flussi logistici e IT, identificando opportunità per migliorare efficienza e servizi.
• Monitorare e riportare KPI, allineandoli agli obiettivi aziendali.
• Coordinare e dare priorità alle attività quotidiane del team di Sales Support.

Position We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator Distributor responsible for coordinating sales support activities for distributor, ensuring operational excellence, continuous process improvement, KPI achievement, and effective collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and IT functions. Monitor performance, create a productive and positive work environment so that everyone can do their best work. The candidate acts as the engine that keeps the efficiency of sales processes, order entry, and order management going, and sets up the ideal conditions for the team to work at their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor turnover performance and analyze order portfolio delays, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain monthly turnover projections and performance forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
• Collaborate with Logistics and IT department to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze existing workflows and develop continuous improvement processes to enhance the availability and quality of information provided to customers
• Analyze logistics and IT flows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Coordinate and prioritize the daily activities of the Sales Support team to ensure operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, xysqume Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plus
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and workflow analysis
• Good understanding of logistics, order management, and business processes
• Ability to monitor KPIs and develop business reports and forecasts
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team coordination skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (AS400 is a plus)
