Alpinestars is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator Distributor to oversee sales support activities for distributors, ensuring operational excellence and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and IT. You will monitor turnover, develop forecasts, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, order management coordination, and the daily leadership of the Sales Support team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and workflow analysis.
• Good understanding of logistics, order management, and business processes.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and develop business reports and forecasts.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (AS400 is a plus).

Position

We are currently seeking a

Sales Support Coordinator Distributor

responsible for coordinating sales support activities for distributor, ensuring operational excellence, continuous process improvement, KPI achievement, and effective collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and IT functions.

Monitor performance, create a productive and positive work environment so that everyone can do their best work. The candidate acts as the engine that keeps the efficiency of sales processes, order entry, and order management going, and sets up the ideal conditions for the team to work at their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor turnover performance and analyze order portfolio delays, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions
