Alpinestars cerca un Sales Support Coordinator – Direct Market per coordinare le attività del team Sales Support dedicato ai mercati diretti, garantendo servizio clienti e allineamento agli obiettivi di business.

La figura agirà da collegamento tra Sales Management, clienti, agenti, logistica e reparti interni per sostenere la crescita commerciale, ottimizzare i processi e raggiungere KPI. Posizione on-site a Caerano di San Marco.

Competenze

• La posizione richiede una laurea in economia, amministrazione o indirizzi correlati.
• Conoscenza eccellente dell’inglese; ulteriori lingue sono un plus.
• Esperienza comprovata in Sales Support, Customer Service o Order Management in contesti internazionali.

Mansioni

• Coordinate e supervisionare le attività quotidiane del team Sales Support dedicato ai mercati diretti.
• Tradurre strategia di Sales Management in attività quotidiane, allineate con KPI aziendali.
• Monitorare carichi di lavoro del team, priorità e performance per garantire efficienza operativa.
• Analizzare processi esistenti e proporre miglioramenti per aumentare efficacia e servizio.
• Progettare ed implementare nuovi processi per migliorare soddisfazione del cliente.
• Analizzare flussi logistici e operativi all’interno della funzione Sales Support per individuare colli di bottiglia.
• Sviluppare soluzioni operative per supportare crescita ed espansione in mercati emergenti.
• Fornire supporto quotidiano a agenti e clienti per richieste e issue in modo tempestivo.
• Gestire end-to-end il processo d’ordine, garantendo accuratezza e consegna puntuale.
• Monitorare KPI e supportare iniziative di miglioramento continuo.

Position

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator – Direct Market responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Support team serving direct markets, ensuring operational excellence, outstanding customer service, and alignment with business objectives. The role acts as a key link between Sales Management, customers, agents, logistics, and internal departments to support commercial growth, optimize processes, and achieve company KPIs. Manages the sales support team and coordinates all office activities, aiming to ensure excellent service standards and a high level of customer satisfaction, making sure that requests from the network or any customer issues are handled professionally, accurately, and on time. If a dealer is satisfied, they become the best brand ambassador for a company's products and services, loyal to the brand, more likely to buy the service/product again, and ultimately more profitable in the long run.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the Sales Support team dedicated to direct markets
• Translate Sales Management strategy into daily activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and achievement of company KPIs
• Monitor team workload, priorities, and performance to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
• Analyze and evaluate existing workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhanced effectiveness
• Propose and implement new processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality
• Analyze logistics and operational flows within the Sales Support function, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement operational solutions to support business growth and expansion in emerging markets
• Provide daily support to sales agents and customers, ensuring timely and effective response to requests and issues
• Manage the end-to-end order process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with commercial agreements, and on-time fulfillment
• Monitor key performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives across the Sales Support organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business xlwpduy administration, Economics, International Business, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages are considered a plus
• Proven experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Order Management within an international environment
• Strong team coordination and organizational skills
• Experience in workflow analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Good understanding of logistics processes and order management operations
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with a KPI-driven approach
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
