Alpinestars in Asolo, Italy, is seeking an Electronics Project Leader Engineer to guide product development in the Electronics Department. You will define objectives, manage the project plan, and ensure quality standards and timelines are met.

The role leverages hardware electronics expertise, requires cross-functional collaboration, and demands strong problem-solving and communication skills in a fully English-speaking environment. Compensation starts from €40,000 and grows with experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Electronics and / or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within Automotive, Motorsports and/or Sporting Goods industries, with focus on electronics components development.
• In-depth knowledge of Product Development process and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous working experience of Gantt Project Software and / or MS Project.
• Basic knowledge of Embedded C Firmware and process monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of hardware PCB components and CE / FCC certification requirements for BLE and Wi-Fi modules.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to meet evolving market needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly at cross-functional level.
• Fluency in English – Alpinestars is a fully English speaking environment.

Position

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Project Leader Engineer to join our Electronics Department, located in Asolo. In this role, you will be able to contribute to the definition of company objectives, as well as leading the product development processes, making sure to respect the necessary quality standards and pre-decided timelines. You will be able to exploit your electronics hardware expertise, collaborating cross-functionally to make sure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance and reliability.

Main Responsibilities

• You will take on a leading position, defining the Gantt project and being responsible for the project’s execution, deliverables and timelines.
• You will be in charge of collecting project briefs, whilst also supervising task assignment within the team.
• Moreover, you will also be responsible for Planning and Purchasing related activities for the project development process.
• You will generate reports and follow-ups, as well as delivering feedback to the teams and/or the manager, as needed.
• In your responsibilities, you will also be supporting on the development of innovative products’ components and technical solutions.
• Thanks to your expertise, you will be able to anticipate potential blockers in the project development, making adjustments and/or recommendations to solve any issues.
• Moreover, you will also support in ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Electronics and / or Mechanical Engineering.
