Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a Team Lead Sales Operations in Parma to lead the local team and drive a global SAP/MORE rollout, shaping new digital sales processes for around 450 distributors across EMEA and selected global markets.

You will manage, coach and develop the Sales Operations team, optimize order management, pricing, forecasting and reporting, and ensure data quality and system effectiveness with SAP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Economics or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Order Management or a comparable function.
• Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Good understanding of sales processes including order management, pricing, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with ERP and sales-related systems; SAP and CRM knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Very good Italian and English skills; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the local Sales Operations team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
• Ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement of sales processes from order processing to handover.
• Drive the implementation and optimization of digital sales operations, including SAP/MORE and sales tools.
• Support sales planning and performance through reliable reporting, forecasting and analyses.
• Ensure effective use of sales systems with a focus on data quality and pricing processes.
• Act as escalation point for operational, process and system topics with internal stakeholders.
