• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both operational staff and management.

For our Parma headquarters, we are looking for a Management Engineer – Supply Chain & Production Analyst to join the Operations Department. This role will act as a key link between the production department and company management, supporting the Technical Director through the monitoring of production activities, data analysis, and the preparation of management reports aimed at improving operational performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Production Planning or Production Control.
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both operational staff and management.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

Expected Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €45,000, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills.
