We are a leading global manufacturer of construction and port machinery, committed to delivering innovative, high-quality heavy equipment worldwide. As we expand our overseas markets, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and channel management in key regions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned overseas markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Manage sales pipelines, negotiate major deals, and ensure timely contract execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design region-specific campaigns and promotions.
  • Track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the regional sales team to achieve sales objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5‑10 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment, including Reach Stackers, Empty Container Handlers, Heavy Duty Forklifts, or Telehandlers.
  • Proven track record in international sales, business development, and dealer/channel management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multicultural teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
