Lb Capital is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing roofing company. You will handle high-volume calls, convert leads, and book appointments with strong attention to detail.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission; top performers earn $80,000+ yearly with commission. Expect fast commission payouts and growth opportunities within a recognition-based culture. Proficiency with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Competenze

• High-energy and KPI-driven sales mindset.
• Experience in outbound/inbound sales and lead conversion.
• Customer service or inside sales experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed KPIs: 85%+ booking rate, 250+ calls, 200+ booked estimates monthly.
