Zeeco, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Applications Engineer based in the Milan area (Cinisello Balsamo office) to manage proposals and coordinate multi-discipline technical offerings.

You will interpret inquiries, travel for site support, and develop cost estimates and quotations for incinerator products, ensuring competitive and complete proposals. Candidates should hold a Master degree in a related field, be fluent in Italian and English, and have oil & gas sector experience with willingness to

• Master degree in mechanical, chemical, energy engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Proven experience in the oil & gas sector.
• Available to travel worldwide for short but frequent trips.
• Business acumen and commercial sound decision making.
• Results driven with a passion for engineering and business.

Mansioni

• Analyze and interpret inquiries to design and specify equipment for the application.
• Travel to customer facilities for site support and details for proposals.
• Assist with technical development and risk assessment of inquiries.
• Develop cost estimates following guidelines.
• Set product pricing using established mark‑ups and commissions.
• Determine required drawings for quotation and coordinate completion.
• Prepare, edit and issue formal quotations to customers.
• Follow up with customers during quotation phase.
• Negotiate proposal during post‑proposal visits.
• Provide status reports on proposal activities to management.
• Create/modify sales presentations using Microsoft Office and web systems.
• Support commercial discussions with clients.
• Work with management to identify skills/tools needed to improve performance.
