Zeeco designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions. The Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) seeks a Project Engineer to join a dynamic, international team focusing on Vapor Control products.

You will coordinate schedules, bid evaluations with subs, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Competenze

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.).
• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in oil&gas.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules and to coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Fluency in Italian and English (speaking, reading, writing).

• Develop and maintain procurement and manufacturing schedules.

Zeeco designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions for industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, and LNG. It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency, and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers. For our italian HQ inCinisello Balsamo (MI), we are now seeking a Project Engineer to join our fantastic team.

The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Vapor Control division products and relevant technical requirements.

Responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements.

Duties include coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, develop and maintain the procurement and manufacturing schedule, technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub vendors, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required.

Job Duties

• Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.
• Confirms equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines.
• Coordinates drafting activities to makes sure all required drawings are completed on time. Reviews customer mark-ups, clarify the comments and instructs drafting as to disposition.
• Ensure the costs will be within the assigned budget and manage any change with the customer and the suppliers.
• Coordinate the Quality Control Department of customer / job specifications.
• Coordinates all required technical and commercial correspondence related to thejob. This includes all internal communications and all correspondence with theCustomer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants.
• Coordinates written advise and commercial resolution with Customer concerning any change to the scope of supply.
• Notifies Accounting Department when billings are to be sent.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Some of these duties may include:
  • 1. Site or shop trips
  • 2. Design activities
  • 3. Support to the sales and application engineer

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or Masters Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
• 2-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer within oil&gas sector
• Even though the position requires an Engineering qualification or Background, business acumen and commercial sound decision are necessary to success in the role
• Results driven and commitment to perform
• A passion for Engineering and Business
• Must be fluent in Italian and English: speaking, reading, writing
