Jobgether is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (SaaS | SQL) based in Italy to troubleshoot complex issues across databases, applications, and infrastructure in a live SaaS environment. This fully remote role supports enterprise clients and involves SQL diagnostics, collaboration with engineering, and exposure to Azure, SQL Server, .NET, and Angular.

You will proactively resolve issues, monitor production environments, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements while

Competenze

At least 3 years of professional technical support in a SaaS or software environment.
Strong SQL skills with ability to write queries and investigate live data.
Experience supporting production web applications where availability is critical.
Cross-layer troubleshooting across databases, apps, and networks.
Comfort with remote server environments using RDP or similar tools.
Strong technical communication in English with clients and internal teams.
Initiative and ownership to drive investigations and improvements.
Preferred: French and/or Spanish language skills, Azure/.NET/IIS experience, SSO protocols, and Power BI familiarity.

Mansioni

Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers in a live SaaS setting.
Write and run SQL queries for diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
Monitor production environments and address performance bottlenecks.
Communicate with enterprise clients to understand issues and coordinate resolution.
Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Use monitoring/logging tools to maintain system reliability.
Improve internal documentation and troubleshooting workflows.
Support a broad tech stack including Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular, and integrations.
Investigate integrations and related issues (SSO, payments, Power BI).
