Job summary

BizAway S.r.l. is seeking an exceptional Sales Executive - Categoria Protette (L. 68/99) to own the full sales cycle—from first contact to client activation.

You will engage with C-levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, and more, using multiple outreach channels and closing deals. The role demands 3+ years selling to medium-large companies, native Italian, excellent English, and a proactive, no-excuses attitude in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful track record selling into medium-large companies.
• Excellent English; native Italian.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and cold-calling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from first contact to activation.
• Generate new meetings with potential customers across channels.
• Engage with C-Levels, HR Directors, and Travel Managers to solve pain points.
• Lead negotiations with clients until go-live and handover to CS.
• Forecast revenue and contracts monthly; manage deal pipeline.
