BizAway Milan is seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B software sales. You will manage the full sales process, engage with C-level stakeholders, and close deals up to go-live in a dynamic, European-scale environment.

The role requires strong outbound prospecting, excellent English, and native Italian full-time in a hybrid setup with Europe-based offices. Join a fast-growing team delivering travel management technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful track record selling into medium-large companies.
• Excellent level of English and native Italian.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting, especially cold-calling.

Responsabilités

• Full cycle sales: from first contact to client activation and go-live.
• Generate new meetings with potential customers using multiple outreach channels.
• Engage with C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers to solve pain points.
• Lead negotiations with potential clients until go-live and act as main POC before handover.
• Forecast revenue and contracts monthly to maintain deal visibility.
