Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist for Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA) to assess customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and present capabilities to support bids across Civil and Military opportunities.

The role involves coordinating technical offers with engineering, program management, and sales, evaluating deviations, and traveling as needed to meet bid timelines; hybrid work arrangement is offered with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferably aeronautical) or STEM.
• Excellent/good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong ability to build collaborative working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RfI/RfQ/RfP and prepare technical documentation for bids.
• Coordinate and integrate the technical offer package with Bid&Proposal, Pricing and Sales.
• Support negotiations with customers, evaluating deviations from the original proposal.
• Travel as required; support pre-bid phase with product info, performance, and competitive analyses.
