Leonardo S.p.A. is seeking a Junior Bids & Proposals Specialist in Cascina Costa di Samarate (VA). You will lead the Proposal Team through tender phases, align with Sales, and gather technical, financial, and contractual documentation to craft competitive offers.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, an engineering degree, and good English. A hybrid working arrangement is offered along with a permanent contract and a structured development path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in similar bid/proposals roles or related field.
• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen are required.
• Good command of English is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Proposal Team through end-to-end tender processes.
• Coordinate with Sales and technical/financial functions for offer feasibility.
• Prepare documentation covering project management, technical, commercial, and contractual aspects.
