Leonardo in Italy is seeking a Requirements Analysis-Tech, Innovation & Concepts Specialist to join the Engineering Department. The role focuses on defining high level requirements for future rotorcraft development programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting MBSE activities.

You will work within RA (ref. LH-ON.184.24), manage RFI/RFP proposals, assess risks, and contribute to technical documentation.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years degree in Aeronautic or equivalent or at least 4 years’ aerospace experience.
• Knowledge of Helicopter/Tiltrotor systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office; DOORS and MBSE (CAMEO) is a plus.
• Interest in expanding knowledge on aircraft and systems.
• Excellent Italian and English written and verbal communication.

• Definition/Analysis/Management of high level requirements for future rotorcraft development programs.
• Analysis/Definition of mission profiles for detailed performance analyses.
• Define aircraft systems and configurations for new concepts.
• Create and discuss technical documentation to support requirements.
• Coordinate engineering support for requirements across projects.
• Manage RFI/RFP technical proposals for future development.
• Coordinate inputs from TTLS and CPEs for bids and proposals.
• Identify risks and dependencies for technical responses; MBSE inputs.
• Perform/Support requirements configurations in the DOORS database.
• Perform/Support Requirements Functional Analysis with MBSE (CAMEO).
