Job summary

Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale seeks an experienced F&B Outlet Manager to lead one of Milan's stylish rooftops. You will drive upselling opportunities, ensure brand promise, and deliver exceptional guest service at all times.

The role requires strong communication, calm under pressure, and teamwork across hotel departments. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in a hotel setting, a 2-year degree, and fluency in Italian and English to manage peak periods effectively and maintain outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Deliver brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive hotel experience; 2-year college degree; 3+ years related experience.
• Strong F&B service background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily F&B outlet operations to ensure smooth service.
• Drive upselling and revenue growth at every guest touchpoint.
• Resolve guest and team concerns promptly to maintain brand standards.
