Mandarin Oriental, Milan invites an experienced hospitality professional to join the Seta team as Assistant Maitre d'Hotel. Based in Milan, you will support the Restaurant Manager and Maître d'Hotel, supervise daily service, coordinate staff and uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction in a two-Michelin-starred setting.

You bring at least 5 years in luxury establishments, superb F&B knowledge, and fluent Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a luxury establishment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English; other languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant service and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate shifts and supervise restaurant staff.
