Job summary

ALOHAS is opening a brand-new store in Rome and seeks a Part-time Sales Advisor (16h per week) to join the launch team. You will support the store during peak moments, delivering a memorable client experience and contributing to the store's commercial success.

Fluent in English and Italian, you will share our values, help build customer loyalty, and ensure excellent service on weekends and peak days. This role offers a CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi contract and a path to growth within

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Experience with clienteling or CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver a memorable client experience and support peak periods at the store.
• Build customer loyalty and contribute to the commercial success of the store.
• Assist with stock replenishment and daily store operations.
