ABB in Italy is seeking a Sales Support / Proposal Engineer to back the assigned sales organization through the proposal process. You will serve as a key technical resource, developing descriptions of products and technologies, and preparing costed final documentation.

The role focuses on ABB Robotics, with collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Project Management and Global Units. Italian and English communication is required, with occasional travel.

Competenze

• Proposal development, cost estimation and solution definition for robotics.
• 3–5 years in sales support, proposal engineering or automation.
• Knowledge of RobotStudio, MS Office, CRM and costing methods.
• Strong customer focus, negotiation and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Provide technical and cost-focused support during proposals.
• Prepare technical descriptions of ABB products and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams.
• Ensure targets on orders, NPV and NPS.
