The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Italy is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Specialist to translate market, customer and performance data into actionable recommendations that improve net revenue and profitability. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams to shape commercial strategies and deliver insights that influence decisions across the Italian ice cream business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management or Business Analytics within FMCG or Consumer Goods.
• Strong skills in data analysis, financial modelling, pricing analytics and stakeholder management.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI; experience with Nielsen Circana or similar market data sources is an advantage.
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Can translate data into compelling business stories and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Think end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management strategies across pricing, promotions, assortment and mix.
• Analyze sales, market and customer data to identify growth opportunities and profitability improvements.
• Monitor promotional effectiveness and recommend actions to maximize return on trade investments.
• Develop business cases and financial analyses to support pricing and portfolio decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to embed RGM principles into commercial planning.
• Build dashboards, reports and performance tracking tools to monitor key RGM KPIs.
• Support annual planning cycles, forecast reviews and customer business planning processes.
• Generate actionable insights from internal and external data sources to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide fact-based recommendations and challenge commercial assumptions to improve revenue and profit delivery.
