Job summary

Winid in Milan, Italy seeks a Revenue Growth Management & Perfect Store Specialist to drive pricing, promotions, assortment and portfolio mix for profitable growth. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance and Commercial Excellence to turn insights into actions and strengthen on-shelf execution.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in RGM or related fields, a degree in Business/Economics/Marketing, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and be native Italian with fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in RGM, Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Excellence or similar.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; familiarity with NielsenIQ or Circana.

Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Growth Management strategies through pricing, promotions, assortment and mix analyses.
• Analyze performance and provide data-driven insights to improve margins and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and tools to track KPIs and opportunities at the point of sale.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to implement best practices for Perfect Store.
