• Manufacturing Performance: manage production teams to execute the plan, monitor KPIs, promote SHE and quality programs, identify losses and waste, and pursue improvement actions.
• Operational Excellence: drive structured problem solving, sustain manufacturing standards, and optimize processes and resources.
• People & Shopfloor Leadership: coach shift supervisors, spend time on the shopfloor, and build manufacturing capabilities.
• Cross-functional Leadership: collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and other functions; manage external stakeholders.
• Data & Digital: use manufacturing data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions; back automation and digital initiatives.
