Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Net Revenue Management strategies across pricing, promotions, assortment, pack-price architecture, and mix optimization.
• Inspire, coach, and coordinate a high-performing NRM team with a focus on growth and operational excellence.
• Define and drive the NRM roadmap, aligning with business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Identify revenue and profit growth opportunities through analysis of sales, customer, market, and financial data.
• Lead evaluation of promotional effectiveness and trade investment optimization to maximize ROI.
• Develop strategic recommendations and business cases for pricing, portfolio and channel decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category Leadership to adopt NRM principles in planning and decision-making.
• Lead annual planning cycles, forecast reviews, and strategic business planning from an NRM perspective.
• Build and oversee dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks to track performance and identify opportunities.
• Drive implementation of NRM capabilities, tools and best practices across the organization.
• Influence senior stakeholders using data-driven insights to improve revenue and profit delivery.
