PTV Logistics is seeking a RevOps Systems Lead to build and scale the data infrastructure powering our revenue engine. You will own the architecture of our GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will lead a systems team to design scalable data models, automate lead-to-revenue workflows, ensure data quality and governance, and create dashboards that reveal customer insights and revenue performance for strategic decisions.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Revenue or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expertise administering Salesforce/HubSpot and Chargebee.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytics skills.

To drive this forward, we are looking for a RevOps Systems Lead (m/f/d) who will build and scale the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that power our revenue engine, owning the architecture and optimization of our GTM technology stack across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. • You partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to identify operational bottlenecks and design and optimize automated lead-to-revenue workflows.
• You establish governance frameworks that ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• You build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into customer insights, subscriptions, conversion rates, and revenue performance, delivering actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• You lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and user adoption, and champion continuous improvement across our revenue operations ecosystem.

Your profile

• You bring 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• You have deep expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot, and/or subscription management systems such as Chargebee, including administration, automation, data modelling, and process design.
• You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from lead management and pipeline creation to customer expansion and renewal.
• You have a proven ability to partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• You bring excellent project management, communication, and documentation skills.
• You are a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building scalable solutions from the ground up.
