Glovo seeks a data-driven Operations Analyst to manage courier operations in the Italian macro-region, blending data analysis, process improvement, and courier experience to keep the platform optimal for couriers, users and partners.

You will partner with the Operations Manager to implement improvements, analyze KPIs, and build reports, with strong Excel/SQL skills and experience with Tableau/Looker to drive operational excellence.

• A strong academic background in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar).
• A proactive attitude with a hands‑on approach — you don't wait for instructions, you make things happen.
• Passionate about problem-solving and data — digging into root causes is your thing.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills, and confident working with data sets to extract insights and build reports.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio, etc.) is a strong plus.
• You’re empathetic, inclusive, and hands‑on: you understand both systems and people.
• Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.

YOUR MISSION

You’ll play a key role in managing courier operations in one of the Italian macro-regions. Working at the intersection of data analysis, process improvement, and courier experience, you will build the processes and insights that keep our platform optimal for couriers, users, and partners.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

A strong academic background in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar).
