Job summary

Lexroom is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to own our CRM and data architecture as we scale across Europe. You’ll optimize HubSpot workflows, build reliable dashboards, and ensure data integrity across markets.

Qualifications

1–2 years in RevOps or Sales Operations in fast-growing tech/SaaS contexts.
Experience configuring and optimizing HubSpot workflows and lead rules.
Understanding of B2B funnel metrics and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Configure, clean, and map commercial processes in HubSpot, building workflows and pipelines.
Own reliable dashboards and cross-country data reporting for managers and founders.
Gather requirements from Sales, CS and Enablement and translate into workflows.
Evolve data infrastructure and integrate new tools to support Lexroom's growth.
Identify and fix data flow issues independently in a fast-paced environment.
