Lexroom is hiring a Head of Operations to build, refine, and scale the operational engine powering Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance teams across Europe. You will own cross-functional workflows, drive tool consolidation, and lead AI-enabled automation in a fast-growing, Milan-based environment.

We seek 5–8 years of Ops leadership in B2B SaaS, strong CRM/tooling experience, and a hands-on, analytical mindset.

Qualificações

5 to 8 years of experience in Business Operations, RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Engineering within high-growth B2B SaaS startups.
Proven People Management experience leading teams in an operational environment.
Hands-on CRM experience with modern tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and GTM automation.
AI and automation mindset; designed or sponsored automated workflows/AI agents in production.
Strong analytical, process-mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
Based in Milan or willing to relocate; hybrid model with strong office presence; fluent in English and Italian.

Responsabilidades

Map, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows across Revenue, People, Legal, and Finance Ops across multiple countries.
Own the operations roadmap and prioritize initiatives aligned with company strategy.
Architect and consolidate GTM tooling and CRM stack across platforms.
Lead AI and automation initiatives to drive non-engineering adoption.
Manage, mentor, and grow the operations team; establish rhythms, 1:1s, and escalation paths.
