Lexroom is building the AI platform for legal work. We’re seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to own CRM and data architecture as we scale across Europe. You will configure HubSpot, create dashboards, and ensure data accuracy across countries, turning insights into action.

This purely operational role requires autonomy, strong English/Italian, and a drive to build a reliable go-to-market machine from our Milan-based hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in RevOps, Sales Ops or direct B2B roles in fast-growing tech/SaaS.
• Active HubSpot configuration and optimization experience.
• Strong understanding of the commercial funnel and metrics.
• Methodical data extraction, cleaning and reporting skills.
• Highly autonomous with ownership mindset.
• Degree in management/finance/quantitative field preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• CRM building and optimization in HubSpot with complex workflows.
• Develop reliable dashboards and cross-country data accuracy.
• Align stakeholders across Sales, CS and Enablement.
• Scale data infrastructure and integrate new tools as Lexroom grows.
• Identify and fix data/process issues proactively.
