Zegna in Milan is seeking a Retail Facility Specialist to support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the region.

You will coordinate planned and corrective maintenance, track plans, and act as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and continuous improvement of facility management processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environments.
• University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)
• Good analytical skills, with familiarity in cost tracking
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of CAD
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Track and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventions
• Act as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progress
• Follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective execution
• Support vendor coordination, monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs
• Ensure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system
• Collaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities
• Participate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met
• Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes

As Retail Facility Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us to support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the region.

What We Offer

• The position provides for a base salary between: 35,000-40,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
• The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile). The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience
