Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Milan is seeking a Jr Brand Communication Specialist to support press reviews, editorial analysis, and fashion show coordination, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

You will assist with PR materials, press days, store openings, and brand activations while monitoring media coverage and helping organize events, shaping how we communicate across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury.
• University degree in communication or related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly/monthly reports on key launches.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure brand-aligned communication.
• Support PR strategies and maintain communication between HQ and regional teams.
• Assist with PR materials, logistics for press days, store openings, and brand activations.
• Manage press samples, inventories, and seasonal PR orders across key markets.
• Contribute to community engagement initiatives and coordinate press/community experiences.
• Support product launches, press presentations, and showroom events.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel, vendor management, and budget tracking.

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

As Jr Brand Communication Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us in press review activities and editorial analysis acquiring knowledge and skills related to Fashion & Luxury Press Office. In addition, you will support the organization of events and fashion shows interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.

More specifically you will:

• Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly/monthly reports on key launches;
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication;
• Support execution of PR strategies and maintain communication between HQ and regional teams;
• Assist with PR materials, logistics for press days, store openings, and brand activations;
• Manage press samples, inventories, and seasonal PR orders across key markets;
• Contribute to community engagement initiatives and coordinate press/community experiences;
• Support product launches, press presentations, and showroom events;

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring at least 1 year of experience in similar role (preferably in a luxury industry)
• University degree with specialization in communication
• You’re known for your interpersonal skills, and it shows in how you work with others
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• You communicate fluently in English (other languages is a plus)

WHAT WE OFFER

• The position provides for a base salary between: € 26,000-30,000.
• Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
• Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
• The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
• The final contractual classification will be determined using objective criteria, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant professional experience.
