PVH Corp. seeks a seasoned CX Lead for our stores in Lombardia, Italy to exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience standards.

You will coach and train sales staff, lead recruitment, manage performance reviews, and develop workforce plans with Deputies. You will act on data from the Business Analyst to drive sales KPIs and coordinate priorities across the retail calendar in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive sales.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Exemplify and enforce exceptional Customer Experience standards in the store.
• Address CX issues through feedback, training and coaching for staff.
• Foster collaboration with nearby businesses for go-to-market initiatives.
• Stay informed about trends and understand customer profiles via media/community.
• Develop and oversee professional growth of store personnel with Deputies.
• Manage performance evaluations and recruitment processes.
• Qualify the Area Manager on FTE and role requirements.
• Oversee workforce planning handled by Deputies.
• Coordinate store priorities via regular mechanisms and timelines.
• Analyze business performance with the Business Analyst to boost KPIs.
