Clarks in Italy is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager by guiding the sales team to achieve commercial objectives and KPIs. You will deputise in the manager's absence and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key focus areas include coaching, floor control, delivering sales targets, and leveraging Visual Merchandising to uphold brand standards. Candidates should bring strong retail leadership and customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Proven retail management experience leading a team.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a store team.
• Experience delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Visual Merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate excellent selling behaviours and lead by example to meet personal KPIs.
• Support Store Manager to coach and develop the team to hit sales targets.
• Oversee the sales floor with Floor Control to maintain a great shopping environment.
• Review CSAT insights to improve customer experience and store operations.
• Contribute to store operations and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Upskill knowledge of products to educate the team and drive sales.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to meet business needs while protecting sales.
• Provide regular feedback to motivate and improve performance.
• Assist Store Manager with people issues to avoid escalation.
• Build capability to manage store in absence of Store Manager.
