Job summary

PVH Corp. in Lombardy is seeking a District Manager to lead store teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive CX standards, coach staff, oversee recruitment and development, and align workforce planning with the retail calendar and KPIs. You’ll work closely with Deputies to ensure consistent execution across all locations and market initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a similar role within a structured environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and enforce CX standards across the store.
• Address CX issues via feedback, training, and coaching.
• Build partnerships with neighboring businesses for go-to-market efforts.
• Track trends and study customer profiles via media and local events.
• Develop store personnel and define training needs with Deputies.
• Lead performance reviews and recruitment planning.
• Approve Area Manager's FTE requirements.
• Oversee workforce planning by Deputies.
• Set store priorities aligned with retail calendar.
• Analyze performance with the Data Analyst and improve KPIs.
