The Four Seasons Resort Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort in Florida, is seeking a Resort Assistant Manager to oversee Front Office operations, Communications, Concierge, Bell, and Driveway teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless guest experiences.

This role acts as the manager on duty when senior management is not available and coordinates with the Front Office Manager for arrivals, VIPs, and special requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role in luxury hotel settings.

About the role

The Resort Assistant Manager will oversee areas that may include Front Office operations, including the Front Desk, Communications, Concierge, Bell, and Driveway teams, ensuring exceptional service and seamless guest experiences. This position acts as the manager on duty in the hotel when senior management is not available and plays a key part in daily resort operations. This position ensures accurate communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, and special requirements. The Resort Assistant Manager will also assist the Front Office Manager with daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, group needs, room assignments, and will coordinate with the Housekeeping Department for guests' needs. The ideal candidate excels at anticipating guest needs, delivering personalized service, and maintaining the highest standards in alignment with brand policies and service philosophy.

What you will do

• Assist in leading staff and operations in related departments to ensure consistency in guest service and adherence to operational standards.
• Coordinate daily arrivals and departures, manage room blocks, and assist with billing and special guest requests for VIPs, groups, and returning guests.
• Personally assist with guest check-in and check-out as needed, ensuring a warm welcome, accurate billing, and efficient service throughout the guest's stay.
• Resolve customer complaints from all areas of the resort, handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with resort services.
• Act as the senior manager on duty in the absence of senior leadership, taking swift and appropriate action in emergency, safety, or guest-related situations.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and staff schedules and implementing corrective action when necessary to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure standards are being met, staff are being supported, high level of guest satisfaction maintained, and all guest requests are responded to in an accurate and timely manner.

What you bring

• Minimum 2 + years experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel setting preferred. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Requires excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and challenge a diverse team.
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of hotel operating systems is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
