Job summary

Four Seasons Naples Beach Club in Florida seeks a dedicated Ocean Activities Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure safety during aquatic programs. You will guide residents and guests on ocean awareness, assist with reservations, and maintain certifications while collaborating with a professional team in a luxury resort environment.

Ideal candidates have CPR, AED, First Aid credentials, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a resort

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.
• Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Previous experience in Ocean Activities, recreation, lifeguarding, or relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service when interacting with residents, hotel guests, and community visitors.
• Provide accurate and informative guidance related to ocean awareness, ocean ecology, environmental practices, water safety, and general knowledge of the region, ocean, and resort.
• Assist in the facilitation and execution of aquatic programs for residents and guests, ensuring optimal utilization of facility offerings while supporting innovation and excellence in guest experiences.
• Promote and support revenue-generating services by effectively communicating program offerings, assisting with reservations, and upholding service standards for all Ocean Activities programs.
• Maintain all required certifications and consistently comply with mandatory safety protocols and performance standards.
• Participate in ongoing performance evaluations and training opportunities to support personal and departmental development.
• Contribute to a positive and professional working environment by demonstrating strong teamwork, reliability, and adherence to operational requirements.
• Participate in regular staff trainings and safety drills.
• Assist in promptly resolving guest concerns with professionalism and accuracy. Complete incident reports, safety documentation, and equipment logs as required.

• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays. Fluency in English and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
