Job summary

Four Seasons Napoli seeks a Finance Generalist to support the Finance Team, coordinating invoices, audits, and reporting. You will liaise with vendors, assist with daily revenue reviews, and ensure accurate accounting in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.

You should have a finance or accounting background, strong English, and solid IT skills. The role offers a lucrative salary and comprehensive benefits. US work authorization is noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• 3 months to 1 year in related position, hospitality preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or related work.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting is an asset.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English.
• Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher.
• High attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Match and verify invoices with Capgemini and purchasing teams.
• Monitor vendor master changes and complete the vendor change checklist.
• Prepare manual and weekly vendor payment runs with signatures and backups.
• Provide folio copies to guests per Four Seasons standards.
• Review Banquet checks against Catering orders for accuracy.
• Assist the Credit Manager in invoice preparation process.
• Review Daily Revenue Report for correct revenue classification.
• Coordinate with night audit and review nightly audit for accuracy.
• Follow up with departments for missing Income Audit paperwork.
• Assist Finance with ad-hoc reporting and projects.

About the role

The Finance Generalist is a central member of the Finance Team and reports directly to the Assistant Director of Finance.

What you will do

• Work with Capgemini and purchasing teams to match and verify invoices.
• Monitor and review vendor master changes and complete the vendor change checklist.
• Help prepare manual and weekly vendor payment runs, get appropriate signatures, and file all back‑ups.
• Monitor the folio request email address and provide folio copies to guests following the Four Seasons standards.
• Review Banquet checks against Catering orders for accuracy of preparation.
• Assist the Credit Manager in the invoice preparation process.
• Review accuracy of the Daily Revenue Report and ensure correct classification of all revenues and statistics.
• Establish and maintain communications with the night audit team and review night audit work daily for accuracy.
• Follow up with departments for missing Income Audit paperwork (house charges, voids, adjustments...)
• Assist the Finance team with any ad‑hoc reporting requests and projects.

What you bring

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Three months to one year in related position, preferably in hospitality industry.
• Minimum one year experience in the hospitality industry or related work.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting considered an asset.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
• A good working knowledge of all IT systems; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher are required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
