Naples Beach Club, Four Seasons Resort in Florida seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to support dining operations, lead a team, and ensure guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch and dinner services.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in Food & Beverage, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. A collaborative, guest-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years supervisory or supervisor experience in Food and Beverage.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Lead and manage all restaurant employees to ensure adherence to cultural and service standards.
• Contribute to long-range strategic planning and operational success.
• Maintain a strong presence in the restaurant; recognize the team and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in a refined dining environment for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Attend regular meetings to promote interdepartmental coordination.
• Inspect restaurant condition and equipment; implement improvements to uphold standards.
• Assist with service of beverages to guests and ensure timely, professional delivery.
• Assist with seating guests and managing flow for a welcoming arrival.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance to keep a safe, inviting environment.

About The Role:

The Restaurant Supervisor will support the work of employees in the Hotel's Dining Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
• One to two years previous experience in a supervisory or supervisor position in Food and Beverage.
• Strong leadership and conflict‑resolution skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. Day and evening shifts.

What You Will Do:

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, and manage all restaurant employees to ensure adherence to cultural and service standards. Contribute to long‑range strategic planning and operational success.
• Maintain a strong presence in the restaurant, providing team recognition, fostering positive guest interactions, and addressing guest concerns, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and care.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items and ingredients and provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits in a refined dining environment tailored to breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Attend regular meetings to promote effective interdepartmental coordination
• Regularly inspect the restaurant's physical condition and equipment, recommending and implementing improvements to uphold operational and aesthetic standards.
• Assist with the service of beverages to guests, ensuring prompt and professional delivery that enhances the overall dining experience.
• Support the seating of guests, helping to manage flow and ensure a welcoming and organized arrival experience.
• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of operational areas, ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both guests and team members.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full‑time position.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
