Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Reservations Intern to join the Reservations team, based at the property in Milan. The role reports to the Reservations Manager and supports daily duties across multiple reservation channels.

You will handle data input, email replies, arrival reports, and guest preferences while upholding the brand's standards and service excellence. Ideal candidates communicate in Italian and English and are organized and tech-savvy.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Another foreign language literacy is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist Reservations Team with daily duties and guest requests.
• Input data in the PMS and Seven Rooms systems accurately.
• Review emails and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Support guest preferences and ensure exceptional service.
